As a life-long student of Master Wu, a multiple lineage holder of ancient Chinese art of internal cultivation, she studies Daoist (Taoist) philosophies and practices Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) and Qigong (Chi Kung), a form of moving meditation and breath work that is utilized to strengthen physiology and promote inner harmony.
